The Homeline HOM2448M100PC has 24 breaker spaces, and every one of them accepts a tandem (duplex) Homeline breaker, so you can land up to 48 branch circuits in the box. Fill it with single-pole full-size breakers and you get 24 circuits. The spec lists 24 tandem circuit breakers as the maximum.
