Sure-Loc Vlora Series Two-Post Pivot Paper Holder — Ridgecrest Collection

The Sure-Loc Vlora Series Two-Post Pivot Paper Holder is a residential bath accessory built around a simple, reliable two-post pivot mechanism that lets the roll swing open for easy loading and swap out just as easily. As part of Sure-Loc's Ridgecrest collection, it is styled to coordinate with matching Vlora Series bath hardware for a unified look throughout the bathroom. Classified under Sure-Loc's Washroom/Bath Accessories product group and Bath Hardware subcategory, this paper holder is designed specifically for residential installations rather than heavy commercial duty cycles. Its two-post pivot arm construction keeps the roll secure during everyday use while still allowing quick, tool-free access when it is time to change rolls.

Key Features

  • Two-Post Pivot Mechanism: A dual-post pivot arm holds the roll securely in place while allowing it to swing open for effortless loading and roll changes.
  • Vlora Series Styling: Clean, coordinated lines from the Vlora Series design language help this paper holder blend seamlessly with matching bath accessories.
  • Ridgecrest Collection Membership: Part of Sure-Loc's Ridgecrest collection, making it easy to pair with other Ridgecrest bath hardware for a cohesive bathroom design.
  • Residential-Grade Construction: Purpose-built for residential bathrooms rather than high-traffic commercial environments, matching everyday household use.

Why Sure-Loc Vlora?

Sure-Loc's Vlora Series bath accessories are designed as a coordinated collection, so the Two-Post Pivot Paper Holder is built to match Ridgecrest towel bars, rings, and hooks rather than stand alone as a mismatched piece. The two-post pivot arm keeps everyday operation simple and dependable for residential households, and its placement within Sure-Loc's dedicated Washroom/Bath Accessories product group reflects hardware purpose-built for the bathroom rather than adapted from another category. For homeowners and remodelers assembling a cohesive bath hardware set, the Vlora Series offers a straightforward, style-matched solution.

Sure-Loc VR-PH2PV 15 – Frequently Asked Questions

1) What finishes does the Sure-Loc Vlora two-post pivot paper holder come in?
Four finishes: 15 Satin Nickel, 26 Polished Chrome, FBL Flat Black, and SB Satin Brass. Those are the standard Sure-Loc finish codes, so if the Ridgecrest levers and towel bars already on the job were ordered in 15 or 26, the paper holder matches on the same code.
2) Is the Vlora paper holder rated for commercial restroom traffic?
No. Sure-Loc classifies the Vlora two-post pivot paper holder as residential, and it's built for household duty cycles rather than public washroom abuse. For apartment units, condos, and single-family bathrooms it's the right class of hardware. For a school, stadium, or office restroom, specify a commercial-grade holder instead.
3) What is the closest double-post equivalent to the Sure-Loc Vlora two-post pivot paper holder from another brand?
The Deltana 98C2001 is the nearest double-post match. It is a Classic Double Post toilet paper holder in the 98C Series, built of solid brass, so like the Vlora it carries the roll between two posts rather than on a single arm. The Vlora's two-post arm pivots open for tool-free roll changes, and it is offered in Satin Nickel, Polished Chrome, Flat Black, and Satin Brass finishes.
4) I am specifying bath hardware for a commercial restroom - is the Sure-Loc Vlora the right choice?
The Vlora two-post pivot paper holder is classified as residential and is built for household duty cycles rather than high-traffic commercial use. For a heavier-feeling solid brass alternative, Deltana offers solid brass paper holders including the 88DTPH in the 88 Series and the 98C2001 double post in the 98C Series. Confirm the restroom's accessibility and mounting requirements against whichever body you select.
5) How does a two-post pivot paper holder differ from a bar-style holder?
The pivot type uses two wall posts with an arm that swings open, so the roll drops on without pulling a spring rod out. Bar style, like the Emtek Modern Brass Paper Holder - Bar Style, uses a fixed bar between two posts and you slide the roll on the end. Pivot is faster for one-handed roll changes; a bar holder has no moving parts to wear.
6) Do I need a spring-loaded plastic roller with this holder?
No. The Vlora pivot design holds the roll on the swing arm itself, so there's no separate spring tube to lose or replace. If you specifically want the tube style, Orca Hardware's 2752 and 4852 Blakely holders use a plastic tube instead.
7) What are the alternatives if I want a solid brass paper holder instead?
Deltana's holders are specified as solid brass, including the 55D2001 single post, the 88DTPH, and the 98C2001 Classic double post. The Deltana 98C2001 is the closest in configuration to the Vlora since it's also a double-post design, though it isn't a pivot arm.
8) Can I use this in apartment turns across a multi-family property?
Yes, multi-family residential is one of the intended applications along with primary suite baths, guest baths, and powder rooms. Four finish codes let you standardize one part number across a whole building, and the tool-free pivot means a maintenance tech isn't fighting a spring rod during a turn.
9) Will a Deltana or Emtek paper holder match the rest of my Sure-Loc Ridgecrest bath set?
Not as a styled match. The Vlora two-post pivot paper holder belongs to the Ridgecrest collection and is designed to coordinate with Ridgecrest towel bars, rings, and hooks. Deltana holders such as the 88DTPH are part of Deltana's own 88 Series, and Emtek's bar-style holders belong to lines like Modern Brass Bath Hardware, so their profiles and finish names follow their own collections. They will function as paper holders but should be treated as a full-set change, not a one-piece swap.
10) Is there an open-bar style paper holder if I do not want an enclosed pivot roll arm?
Yes. Emtek makes bar-style paper holders in four bath hardware lines: Modern Brass, Traditional Brass, Transitional Brass, and Sandcast Bronze. A bar-style holder uses a straight bar rather than the two-post pivot arm used on the Sure-Loc Vlora, so choose based on whether you want the roll to load over the bar or to swing on a pivot.
11) Which paper holders come with a spring roller tube instead of a pivot arm?
Orca Hardware 2752 in the 27-Cypress Series and Orca Hardware 4852 Blakely in the 48-Blakely Series both include a plastic tube that the roll slides onto. That is a different loading method from the Sure-Loc Vlora, where the two-post arm pivots open and the roll drops in with no separate tube to remove.
12) What is a Euro-style alternative to the Vlora paper holder?
Orca Hardware offers two Euro-style holders: the 3655 Swirl in the 36-Swirl Series and the 5255 Ripple in the 52-Ripple Series. Euro-style holders use an open arm that the roll drops onto, while the Sure-Loc Vlora uses a two-post pivot arm styled to coordinate with the Ridgecrest collection bath hardware.
13) Is this an electronic or sensor-operated dispenser?
No, it's purely mechanical. Sure-Loc lists the Vlora pivot paper holder as non-electronic, so there's no power, battery, or sensor involved, just the two wall posts and a pivoting arm.
