1) Will a Klein 6333 T15H driver turn a standard T15 Torx screw, or only tamperproof ones?
The 6333 has a T15H tamperproof tip, meaning the tip is bored to clear the center security pin. It drives both a pinned T15 security screw and a plain T15 screw, since the bore just sits over nothing on a standard fastener. A plain T15 driver, by contrast, will not enter a pinned screw at all.
