Two trade sizes: 1/2 inch (catalog AT-1) and 1 inch (catalog AT-3). The hubs are threaded for rigid and IMC conduit, so order the size that matches the conduit run you are tying into.
2) Is the cover and gasket included with the Thomas & Betts AT Type T conduit body, or do I order them separately?
The cover and gasket are separate catalog items on the 1 inch body. Covers are CV-3 die cast aluminum or SCV-3 stamped aluminum, and gaskets are GKV-3 composition or GKN-3 neoprene. For an outdoor or wash-down location you want a gasket under the cover, so plan on ordering body, cover and gasket together.
3) Can this aluminum conduit body be used outdoors?

Without a gasket under the cover it is not a weather resistant assembly.
