1) What wire gauge does the Sta-Kon A10-TB female disconnect crimp onto?
The A10-TB takes 22-18 AWG stranded or solid conductor. Anything heavier than 18 AWG won't seat in the barrel and will not crimp reliably, so step up to a 16-14 AWG barrel for those runs.
2) Is the Sta-Kon A10-TB insulated, and do I need to sleeve it?
No insulation on this one. The barrel and receptacle are bare brass, so if the terminal sits where it can be touched or can contact an adjacent conductor you need to add heat shrink or a nylon sleeve yourself. In a closed control housing or behind a switch plate the bare version is normally what gets used.
3) What voltage is the A10-TB disconnect rated for?
600 V. That covers 120/240 V branch circuits and 480 V control wiring, as well as low-voltage 24 V thermostat and relay work where these small .110 tabs usually show up.

Brass, bare and metallic in appearance. Brass gives you better conductivity and more spring retention on the tab than plated steel, which is why it is used on small control terminations. It is not a tin-plated or corrosion-resistant finish, so for damp or outdoor locations use an insulated and plated terminal instead.
