The Von Duprin EL9847EO 3 is a Grade 1 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device featuring a wide stile pushpad and a 36" device length designed for doors 28" to 36" wide and 80" to 100" tall. Built for single or double hollow metal doors, this 9847 Series device ships with a smooth mechanism case and is UL listed for panic exit hardware, meeting ANSI A156.3 – 2008 Grade 1 standards. It incorporates Electric Latch Retraction and a Request to Exit Switch, making it an ideal solution for electrified access control applications. Door thickness compatibility ranges from 1-3/4" to 2-1/4", and the device is field reversible for flexible handing.
