Yes. The Sleepless WS-W43015 is Wet Location rated and carries an IP65 rating along with ETL and cETL listings, so it can go on an exterior wall with direct rain exposure. It is rated for indoor or outdoor use, so the same fixture can be used on a covered porch, an entry, or an interior wall.
2) Will the WS-W43015 wall light work on 277V commercial power, or is it 120V only?
It runs on 120V, 240V or 277V. The driver is a universal input type, so the same part number works on residential 120V and on 277V commercial lighting circuits. That makes it a single SKU you can standardize on across a mixed-voltage property.
3) Do I need a remote driver or extra box for the WAC Sleepless outdoor LED sconce?
No remote driver is needed. The driver sits inside the fixture, and it mounts over a standard or pancake junction box. It is a hardwired fixture, so bring your branch circuit to the box and wire it directly. The LED is integrated, so there is no lamp to buy.
