Aged brass or black aluminum hardware with faux alabaster. Like real stone, the new Constantine dweLED indoor flush mount creates a stunning, warm and clean aesthetic as an eye-catching centerpiece. Each piece is unique and includes an etched acrylic diffuser for beautiful ambient illumination in a bath, living area or guest room. Available in an 18 inch and 14 inch diameter. Utilizes state of the art LEDs with a high 90 color rendering index and correlated color temperature of 3000 Kelvin. The canopy conceals a 120 volt LED driver. The LEDs have a long 50,000 hour rated life and deliver up to 1500 or more lumens. The LED luminaire is ETL and cETL listed for damp locations. It is California Title 24 rated and meets the highest energy efficient requirements. Dims beautifully using an electronic low voltage or TRIAC dimming system. 1) Will the FM-27214 cover an existing 4 inch octagon ceiling box opening?
Yes. The Constantine 14 inch flush mount has a 12.38 inch backplate, which covers a standard round or octagon ceiling box and any patched drywall around it with plenty of margin. Overall the fixture is 14 inches across and projects 4.13 inches from the surface.
2) What dimmer works with the WAC FM-27214 LED flush mount?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) or TRIAC dimmer. The integrated LED runs off a 120V driver concealed in the canopy, and standard magnetic low voltage or incandescent-only dimmers are not the right control for it. Pick the ELV or TRIAC model from your dimmer line to get smooth dimming without flicker.
3) Does the FM-27214 meet California Title 24 for a residential project?
Yes. The Constantine LED flush mount is listed as both Title 24 and Title 20 compliant, which is what a California permit set will ask for on a hardwired residential luminaire. It is not Energy Star listed, so if your utility rebate program requires Energy Star specifically, this is not the fixture for it.
4) Is the WAC Constantine flush mount ADA compliant for a corridor wall mount?
