1) Can the WAC Slice FM-4115 flush mount be installed on a wall as a sconce, not just the ceiling?
Yes. The 14 inch Slice round mounts either way, ceiling or wall, and WAC states it is ADA compliant when mounted on a wall. At 2.5 inches deep it stays well inside the 4 inch projection limit ADA sets for wall-mounted objects in a circulation path, which is why it clears for corridors and stairwells.
2) Does the FM-4115 need a separate LED driver or transformer?
No. It runs 120V AC LED technology, so line voltage lands straight at the fixture with no remote driver or transformer in the ceiling. WAC states it fits a pancake junction box, which matters on plaster ceilings and tight joist bays where a deep box will not go. Pull 120V to the box and hang it.
3) Will the 14 inch Slice flush mount work in a bathroom over a shower or on a covered porch?
