Yes. The Lithium 18-inch LED flush mount uses a universal input driver rated 120-240-277V, so the same fixture works on residential 120V and on 277V commercial lighting circuits. It is a hardwired fixture, not a plug-in, so it lands on a junction box and is fed from the branch circuit.
