Either way. The 18 inch Minibar is a wall-mount fixture that can be installed in any orientation, so it works horizontally over a mirror or vertically flanking one. The bar is 18 inches long and 5.5 inches high, with a 7 inch backplate.
2) Will the WS-75318 Minibar light mount to a pancake junction box?
Yes. It runs on 120V AC LED technology with no separate driver or transformer, so there is nothing bulky to hide and it fits a pancake junction box. The backplate is 7 inches long, which is what covers the box. It is a hardwired fixture, not a plug-in.
3) How do I set the color temperature on the WAC Minibar Tri-CCT vanity light?
There is a switch inside the canopy, reachable during installation, that toggles the fixture between 2700K warm, 3000K warm white and 3500K white. It ships factory pre-set at 3000K, so if that is what you want you can hang it and move on. Once the canopy is against the wall the switch is no longer accessible, so set it before you close up.
4) Can the WS-75318 be installed over a shower or tub?
It carries a damp location rating and an IP44 rating, so it is suitable for a bathroom and for covered exterior locations such as a porch soffit. Damp rated means protected from moisture and condensation, not direct water spray, so keep it out of the direct shower stream.
