Yes. The 18 inch Mythical sconce is ADA compliant, and its overall footprint is 18 inches high by 5.5 inches wide, with a 5.5 inch backplate. That narrow profile is what keeps it inside the protrusion limits for a corridor or egress path. It is wall mounted and hardwired, so it needs a junction box in the wall at the mounting height you choose.
2) Can I put the Mythical WS-12718 LED sconce in a bathroom or on a covered porch?
It is damp location rated with an IP44 rating, so a bathroom wall or a porch, breezeway, or soffit that is under cover is fine. Direct rain or an exposed wall with no overhang is not, and you should specify a wet location fixture there instead.
