1) Will the WAC Jedi WS-51327 vanity light mount to a standard 4 inch junction box?
Yes. The Jedi WS-51327 ships with a conversion plate to accommodate a 4 inch junction box, and the driver is concealed inside the canopy so no remote driver location is needed. It is a hardwired fixture, so a supply box at the mounting point is required.
2) Can the WS-51327 Jedi light be used in a shower area or a covered porch?
It is damp location listed with an IP44 rating, so it works over a vanity, in a bathroom away from direct spray, or in a covered outdoor area like a porch ceiling overhang. It is not wet location rated, so keep it out of direct water contact and off uncovered exteriors.
3) Does the Jedi WS-51327 work on 277V commercial power?
Yes. The universal input driver accepts 120V, 240V, or 277V, so the same fixture can go into a residential bath or a 277V commercial corridor without ordering a different voltage version.
4) What kind of dimmer do I need for the WAC Jedi LED vanity light?
An electronic low voltage (ELV) dimmer. The Jedi will dim smoothly and continuously on ELV control; a standard incandescent/forward-phase dimmer is the wrong control type for it and is a common cause of flicker or buzz on these drivers.
5) Can the LEDs in the WS-51327 be replaced, or is the whole fixture scrap when they fail?
Unlike most integrated LED vanity fixtures, the Jedi uses LED filament lamps and each one is replaceable via a quick connector. The LED assembly is rated 50,000 average hours and lamps are included with the fixture.
6) Does the WS-51327 Jedi meet ADA or California Title 24 requirements?
No on both counts. The Jedi WS-51327 is not ADA compliant, so it is not the right pick where projection limits apply in an accessible route, and it is not Title 24 compliant. It does meet Title 20, and it carries ETL and cETL listings for US and Canadian use.
7) How much space does the 27 inch Jedi vanity light take up above a mirror?

Mounting is listed as wall and any orientation, so the 27 inch Jedi can run vertically flanking a mirror as well as horizontally above it. Either way the supply box has to land at the canopy, since the driver sits in the canopy and the fixture is hardwired.
11) What is the Jedi WS-51327 actually made of, and will the finish hold up in a bathroom?
The body is aluminum with a glass diffuser tube over the LED filaments. Aluminum plus glass and the damp location listing are what let it sit in a humid bath or a covered exterior spot without the corrosion issues a plain steel housing would have.
