Yes. The Marques LED pendant has a universal input driver rated 120V, 240V and 277V, so the same fixture works on residential 120V and on a 277V commercial lighting circuit without ordering a different part number. It is hardwired, not plug-in.
2) What dimmer works with the Marques PD-83128 LED pendant?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV), TRIAC (forward phase), or 0-10V dimmer for smooth continuous dimming. On a 277V or 0-10V commercial control system you would wire the low voltage control leads; on 120V residential an ELV or TRIAC wall dimmer is the usual choice. The LEDs are integrated, so there is no lamp to swap and no magnetic low voltage dimmer compatibility to worry about.

It is damp location rated with an IP44 rating, so it can go in a covered outdoor space like a porch ceiling or a bathroom, as long as it is shielded from direct rain and spray. Do not use it on an exposed exterior ceiling with no cover, that calls for a wet location rated fixture.
4) How much light does the 28 inch Marques pendant put out, and how much power does it draw?
3330 lumens at 47 watts, in a warm 3000K color temperature with a flood distribution. The LEDs sit behind a white silicone diffuser running along the inside edge of the ring, so the output spreads in all directions rather than throwing a single downlight pool. For a dining room or a living room that generally means it works as the main light source on the circuit.
5) What size is the canopy on the Marques PD-83128, and will it cover a standard ceiling box?
