1) What voltage does the WAC Parallax PD-73129 pendant run on, and can I use it on a 277V commercial circuit?
The Parallax PD-73129 uses a universal input driver rated 120-240-277V, so the same fixture works on residential 120V and on a 277V lighting circuit in a commercial building. It is hardwired, not plug-in, and draws 37W.
2) How low can the Parallax PD-73129 pendant hang, and what do I get for mounting height?
Hanging range is 29 inches at the shortest to 120 inches overall. Three 12-inch down rods and one 6-inch rod ship with it, plus 10 feet of wire in the round canopy so you can drop it the full 120 inches. If you need more than the included rods for a high ceiling, additional down rods are ordered separately.
3) Will the Parallax LED pendant dim with the dimmers I already have installed?
It dims on ELV (electronic low voltage), TRIAC (forward phase), or 0-10V controls. If your existing wall box has a standard incandescent-only dimmer, swap it for an ELV or TRIAC-rated LED dimmer; the fixture itself needs no separate driver accessory.
4) Can I put the WAC Parallax pendant over a covered porch or in a bathroom?
Damp location rated, so a covered porch, a breezeway, or a bath outside the shower spray zone is fine. It also carries an IP44 rating. It is not for open exposure to rain or direct wet locations.
