The Modern Forms F-WC is a Bluetooth wall switch built exclusively for Modern Forms Bluetooth-compatible Smart Fans, delivering local, in-wall control of an unlimited number of fans within 100ft of range. This single pole wallplate control lets you manage luminaire on/off, 0-100% brightness, fan on/off, and a 6-speed fan setting from one clean wall-mounted switch. It is UL, cUL, CSA, ETL & cETL Damp Location Listed for indoor or covered applications, making it a dependable upgrade for any Modern Forms Smart Fan installation.

  • Bluetooth Range Control: Controls an unlimited number of Modern Forms Smart Fans within 100ft of range, with no hub required.
  • Bluetooth-Only Compatibility: Works only with Bluetooth-model Smart Fans; RF models require the separate F-WC-WT RF control. All Modern Forms Smart Fans purchased in 2021 or later are Bluetooth models.
  • Multi-Way Switch Setup: Additional F-WC switches can be purchased separately for 3-way or 4-way configurations, and this control can be programmed through the Modern Forms App as a 2-way or 3-way switch.
  • Full Function Control: Single switch operates luminaire on/off, 0-100% brightness, fan on/off, and 6-speed fan settings, plus Breeze mode compatibility on Bluetooth models.
  • Winter/Summer Mode & Kill Switch: Built-in Winter/Summer mode button reverses fan direction for warm or cool air flow, and a kill switch allows the fan to be shut off quickly.
