WAC Lighting Adjustable Square Multi Light Recessed Trim MT-216LEDTL

Lamps are included. The MT-216LEDTL ships as a two-light low voltage multiple spot trim with LED MR16 lamps supplied, so there is nothing additional to buy on the lamp side. Total power draw is 14W for the fixture.

It is the trim and lamp assembly, a two-light adjustable square trim with the LED MR16 lamps included. It is the visible part that finishes the ceiling opening, so the recessed housing and the low voltage supply for it are separate items on the order.

It sits essentially flat. The trim version has a 1/4 inch low profile and the Invisible Trim design sits flush to the ceiling, so you get the two adjustable spots without a ring standing off the drywall. That matters on low ceilings and in retail or gallery spaces where the aperture should disappear and only the light is seen.

Yes. The MT-216LEDTL comes with a clear glass lens, and that lens can be swapped for a variety of other lenses or accessories. So if a spot reads too hot or you need a diffused or spread beam over artwork or a counter, you change the lens rather than the fixture.

White only. The MT-216LEDTL is supplied as MT-216LEDTL-WT, a stamped metal trim in white, which is what you want when the ceiling is painted standard white and the goal is for the trim to read as part of the ceiling. If a project schedule calls for black or brushed trim on the same opening, this part number will not cover it.

A multi light trim like the MT-216LEDTL puts two independently adjustable low voltage spots behind one flush square aperture. You cut and frame one opening instead of two, and you can aim both heads at different targets, for example two paintings on one wall or a counter and a backsplash. Separate single trims give you more spacing freedom but double the ceiling penetrations and the housings.

The trim is stamped metal rather than plastic, so it holds its shape through relamping and cleaning, which is the usual failure point in hotel corridors and lobbies where trims get bumped and wiped. The heads are adjustable, so staff can re-aim after a furniture or display change without pulling the fixture.
