1) Will the WAC Bullet 7010 track head fit my Halo or Juno track?
No. The L-7010-30 is built for WAC L Track only. The Bullet 7010 is made in H, J/J2, and L track versions, and the track adapter is not interchangeable between them, so you have to order the version that matches the track already on the ceiling. If your run is H track (Halo-style) or J track (Juno-style), order that configuration instead of the L version.
2) Does the Bullet 7010 LED track head need a separate driver or transformer?
No extra gear. The driver is concealed inside the head and it runs straight off 120V line voltage track, 120 VAC 50/60Hz. There is no remote transformer to mount, which is what separates a line voltage head like this from a low voltage system.
3) What dimmer works with the WAC Bullet 7010 track head?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) or TRIAC dimmer. On either one the Bullet 7010 dims smoothly from 100 percent down to 5 percent. Standard incandescent-only or 0-10V controls are not the right match here.
4) Can I put the Bullet 7010 track head in a bathroom or a covered porch?
Indoor dry locations only. The 7010 carries an ETL and cETL dry location listing, so a bath with a shower, a covered patio, or any spot that sees steam or splash is out of scope. Keep it to interior ceilings, retail floors and gallery spaces.
5) Does the WAC Bullet 7010 meet California Title 24 for a residential job?
Yes. It is Title 24 JA8-2016 compliant and CEC listed, plus Energy Star 2.0 certified, so it counts as a high efficacy luminaire for California residential permitting. It carries ETL and cETL listings for the USA and Canada.
6) Will the 3000K color of this WAC track head match the rest of my fixtures?
It is a fixed 3000K warm white, and it is not field adjustable. If the other cans and heads on the job are 2700K they will read noticeably warmer than this, and 3500K or 4000K will read cooler. CRI is 90, so color rendering is strong enough for artwork, merchandise and finish samples.
7) Do I have to replace the whole head when the LED goes?
No. The Bullet 7010 uses a replaceable high powered LED module rated at 50,000 hours, so the light engine can be swapped without pulling the head off the track and rewiring. That matters on a multi-unit or retail portfolio where you are maintaining dozens of heads.
8) How big is the WAC Bullet 7010 head, and what finishes does it come in?
Compact: 4.75 inches high, 2.88 inches long, 2.38 inches wide, which is why it disappears on a low ceiling better than a full-size commercial head. Two finishes, black (L-7010-30-BK) and white (L-7010-30-WT).
