3) Is this track head suitable for a bathroom, covered patio, or cooler?
No. The Charge 8010 head is rated for dry locations and indoor use only, so keep it out of damp or wet areas such as showers, exterior soffits, open porches, and refrigerated spaces. For those openings you need a damp or wet location rated fixture.
4) Does the WAC Charge 8010 head meet California Title 24 for a commercial lighting job?
