1) Do the WAC Charge 8010 track heads work on my existing dimmer?
Dimming is ELV and TRIAC, both from 100 percent down to 5 percent. A standard TRIAC (forward phase) wall dimmer will run them; for ELV you need the matching electronic low voltage control. Dimmers not rated for LED loads can cause flicker or drop-out at the low end.
2) Can WAC Charge 8010 track heads be used in a covered exterior walkway or a bathroom?
No. These heads are rated for dry locations and indoor use only, so damp or wet spots (covered entries, open soffits, shower zones) need a damp or wet rated fixture instead.
3) Will these track heads satisfy Title 24 and Energy Star requirements on a California job?
Yes on both counts: the fixture is Title 24 compliant, CEC listed, and Energy Star. It is also ETL and cETL listed for safety in the US and Canada, and noted as ADA compliant.
4) What light output and color do the Charge 8010 heads give in a retail or gallery space?

Aiming is 350 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees vertically, so a single head can be rotated nearly a full circle on the track and tipped from straight down to horizontal. That range is what lets you wall-wash from a ceiling run without repositioning the track.
7) What finishes do the WAC Charge track heads come in, and can I match the heads to my existing track color?
Four finishes are offered: black, white, brushed nickel, and dark bronze. For a clean run, order heads in the same finish as the track extrusion already on the ceiling, since the head body is the visible element.
