1) Is the WAC H48 track a complete lighting kit or just the track section?
It's the 48 inch H-Track extension section only. WAC lists it as not a complete system, so the heads, the power feed connector, and the mounting hardware for your ceiling are all ordered separately. Budget the track run first, then the number of line voltage H-track heads you want on it.

The rail itself measures 1.39 inches in both depth and height, over a 48 inch run. That 1.39 inch profile is what you'll see hanging below a surface mounted ceiling, before you add the head. Plan valance or soffit openings around that figure.
5) Is WAC H-Track UL listed for commercial use?
The H48 carries UL and cUL safety listings, which covers it for both US and Canadian installs. It's an interior, dry location component, so that listing applies to conditioned indoor spaces like retail floors, galleries, offices and lobbies.
6) Can I mount the WAC H48 track either way up, or on a wall?
It isn't reversible mounting, so the track has a defined orientation and the head slot has to face the space you're lighting. Lay out your run with that in mind before you drill, particularly on a wall wash application where you may be tempted to flip the rail.
