Line voltage. The WL-LED100-27 is a 120V LED horizontal step and wall light, so it wires directly to a standard 120V branch circuit with no separate transformer or remote low voltage supply. That matters on a retrofit: if the existing step lights on the job were fed from a 12V landscape transformer, you cannot drop this in on that circuit without running line voltage to the box.
