WAC Lighting Low Voltage Recessed Multiple Spot - Invisible Trim

No lamps are included. The MT-316TL is a 3 light low voltage multiple spot trim supplied without lamp, so you order the lamps separately along with the housing. A clear glass lens does come with it.

Barely at all. The Invisible Trim version has a 1/4 inch low profile and sits flush to the ceiling, which is why it gets specified where the designer does not want a visible trim ring breaking up the plane of the drywall.

Trim only. It is the stamped metal trim assembly for a low voltage recessed multiple spot, carrying three adjustable spots behind a flush 1/4 inch profile. You still need the matching recessed housing and the lamps to complete the install.

150W total across the three spots. That is the ceiling for the trim, so size your low voltage lamping and the transformer in the housing to stay at or under it.

Yes. The clear glass lens that ships with the MT-316TL can be replaced by a variety of lenses or accessories, so you can soften glare or add a filter after the trim is installed without changing the trim itself.

White only. The MT-316TL-WT is the single orderable version, which keeps it simple when you are standardizing ceilings across a floor or a unit turn, but it also means there is no black or brushed option on this particular trim.

One ceiling opening instead of three. A multiple spot trim like the MT-316TL puts three aimable low voltage spots behind a single flush trim, so you can wash a gallery wall or hit three display points from one rough-in. Separate downlights give you wider spacing and independent aiming across the room; the multiple spot is for accent light converging from one point.
