1) Will the WAC JTK-104LED track head fit my existing track, or do I need a specific track type?
The JTK-104LED is a J-track fixture, so it mounts to 120V J-type track. It runs at line voltage, 120V, with no transformer needed. If your ceiling runs H-type or L-type track, this head will not seat in it.
2) Does the WAC JTK-104LED track head come with a lamp, or do I order bulbs separately?
A lamp is included. The head takes a GU10 LED lamp and ships with one, rated 8W and producing 470 lumens at 3000K. Since the socket is GU10, you can relamp later with a standard GU10 without replacing the head.
3) Can I put the JTK-104LED track head on a dimmer?
Yes, but the dimmer has to be an ELV (electronic low voltage) type. Pairing it with a standard incandescent or TRIAC-only dimmer is the usual cause of flicker or drop-out complaints on this head.
4) Is the WAC JTK-104LED rated for outdoor or damp locations like a covered walkway or bathroom?
No. It carries a dry location rating and is an indoor fixture only. Keep it out of baths with open showers, covered exteriors, and coolers. For those spots you need a damp or wet rated head.
5) Does the WAC JTK-104LED meet California Title 24 and CEC requirements?
