On its own it does nothing: it has to be paired with the master controller in a 24V InvisiLED RGB system.
2) Which WAC master controller does the TO24-WS remote work with?
It pairs with the WAC Lighting LED-TC-CTR-MSD Master Controller for InvisiLED 24V RGB Color Changing Tape Light. If your tape run is driven by something else, this remote is not the control for it.
3) Can I use this remote on a 12V tape light run?
No. The TO24-WS is built around WAC's 24V InvisiLED RGB platform and is specified at 24V. A 12V tape run uses different control gear, so this remote has nothing to talk to.
