American Standard Gelcoat 3052 Ext Kit Rh - AMS-9EXT-52GR

Right hand only. The 9EXT-52GR extension kit is built for a right-hand 3052 gelcoat unit, so if the drain end of your bathing unit sits on the opposite side you need the left-hand version instead. Handing is fixed in the part number here, not selected as an option, so the only choice you make is color.

Two: WIB Linen (part 9EXT-52GRL) and WIB White (part 9EXT-52GRW). Both are the same right-hand 3052 gelcoat extension kit, so order by the color already on the bathing unit you are extending. Gelcoat whites and linens do not always cross-match between manufacturers, so pull the color name off the existing unit rather than matching by eye.

It identifies the bathing unit the kit goes with, a 30 by 52 gelcoat model. The extension kit is a companion part for that specific unit and handing, not a universal panel, so it is ordered against a 3052 right-hand gelcoat installation. If your unit is a different footprint, the matching extension kit for that size is the part to look for.

Not with one part number. The kit is handed, so a right-hand 9EXT-52GR will not serve a left-hand opening, and it is color-specific between Linen and White. For a portfolio, walk the units and count them by handing and color, then stock against those two variables. Openings on a different bathing unit size than 3052 need their own kit.

It is gelcoat, the same molded finished surface used on the bathing unit itself, so it goes in as a finish component and is not intended to be tiled or painted. That is why it is sold in Linen and White to match the unit. Plan the install around protecting the gelcoat face; scratches in gelcoat show and do not sand out the way a job-site painted surface would.
