American Standard Lucerne Wall-Hung Sink Less Overflow With 8-Inch Widespread - AMS-356915

The wall hanger is included. You can hang it on that bracket, or set it on concealed arms supplied by others if your spec calls for a carrier-arm mount. Either way you still need backing in the wall to carry the load of a vitreous china fixture.

No. The 356915 is the less-overflow version of the Lucerne, so the bowl drains only through the waste outlet. That matters for the drain you pair with it: use a grid or open strainer drain without overflow ports, not a lavatory pop-up designed to vent an overflow channel.

The extra hole measures 1-3/8 inches (35 mm) in diameter and is sized for a soap or lotion dispenser. A long shank dispenser is required and is not supplied with the sink, so order that separately if you intend to use the hole.

It is the common pick for schools, offices, and multi-family common restrooms. Nothing sits under the bowl, so the floor cleans in one pass and the supplies and trap stay accessible. The Lucerne is vitreous china with a D-shaped bowl, a self-draining deck, and contoured back and side splash shields that keep water off the wall behind it. Where you need a full cabinet or countertop run instead, a drop-in or undermount lavatory is the better fit.

The sink ships with its wall hanger, but the faucet, the drain, and the supply stops and trap are all separate. Plan on an 8 inch widespread faucet, a drain without overflow ports, and, if you are using the accessory hole, a long shank soap or lotion dispenser. Concealed carrier arms, if you go that route instead of the hanger, are also by others.

White only, ordered as 356915.02. If you are matching other fixtures in a building, that .02 suffix is American Standard's white code and is what keeps a replacement consistent with the rest of the restroom.
