The Adams Rite ADR4512-35-101-313 is a 4510 Series Standard Duty Deadlatch with a 1-1/8" backset and beveled faceplate, finished in Dark Bronze Anodized (313). Ideal for commercial storefronts, this deadlatch is designed to provide flexible access control for facilities such as healthcare centers, financial institutions, and retail spaces.
The 4510 series allows for controlled entry and exit, offering free-swinging access when the latchbolt is held retracted using a reverse key turn. The latchbolt is constructed entirely from metal with hardened steel internal pins, and the auxiliary bolt ensures security by deadlocking the latchbolt to prevent forced entry.
It is fully interchangeable with the MS1850S deadlock without stile modification (same backset and faceplate), although it provides a lower level of security than the MS series. The lock works with any standard 1-5/32" mortise cylinder with an MS cam (e.g., Adams Rite 4036 cylinder or 4066 thumbturn), available separately.
