4) Will the Aiphone ChimeCom release my electric door strike?
The C-123L/A master has a door release contact rated as a normally open dry contact, 30V AC/DC at 1A. That will switch a strike or maglock relay within those limits, but it is a dry contact only, so the strike needs its own power supply. Anything drawing more than 1A or running above 30V has to go through an interposing relay.
5) Is the Aiphone C-123L/A a video intercom or audio only?
Audio only. The ChimeCom C-123L/A is a chime-and-talk set: the door station button rings a chime at the master, someone answers by voice, and can release the door. If you need to see who is at the entry before releasing, this is the wrong type of system and you want a video door station kit instead.
