1) Will the Altronix AL300ULB power supply board run 12VDC and 24VDC locks, or do I have to pick one?
One at a time. The AL300ULB is a selectable board: you set it for either 12VDC or 24VDC output, and it delivers 2.5A at whichever you choose. There is a single Class 2 output, so a mixed job with 12V strikes and 24V maglocks needs either two boards or a separate supply for the odd voltage out.
