The JTS4234G is a 1/2-13 x 2-3/4 inch mechanical wedge anchor. A wedge anchor is drilled with a hole the same nominal diameter as the anchor body, so a 1/2 inch bit is what you drill in the concrete, and the 2-3/4 inch overall length sets how deep the hole has to be plus your fixture thickness and nut/washer stack.
