The J2526R is a 1/4 x 2-3/4 inch round head sleeve anchor in zinc plated steel. In anchor notation that is a 1/4 inch bolt diameter with a 2-3/4 inch overall length, so you drill a 1/4 inch hole and the usable embedment is 2-3/4 inches minus the thickness of whatever you are fastening down.

Sleeve anchors like the 1/4 x 2-3/4 J2526R are the general purpose masonry anchor for concrete, hollow and solid block, and brick, because the expanding sleeve spreads load over the hole wall instead of relying on a single point of grip. Drill 1/4 inch, blow the hole clean, drop the anchor through the fixture and tighten the round head screw to expand the sleeve.
