Drill 3/4 inch, matching the anchor diameter. Wedge anchors are drilled to the nominal anchor size, and the TS610SS is a 3/4 x 10 inch wedge anchor, so a 3/4 inch carbide bit in concrete is what you need. Drill the hole deeper than your intended embedment so debris has somewhere to fall, blow it clean, then drive the anchor through the fixture.

It is a stainless steel wedge anchor (the SS in TS610SS), which is why it gets specified for exterior slabs, wet wells, pool decks, coastal work and anywhere a plated carbon steel anchor would rust and stain the concrete. The 10 inches is the overall anchor length, not the embedment. The base material is what limits it, not the trade.
