No. Once the nut is torqued the clip expands permanently against the hole wall, so the JTS6614D is a one-time set. You can back off the nut and remove the fixture, but the anchor body stays in the concrete. If the fixture has to come off and go back repeatedly, use a threaded insert or a drop-in anchor with a removable bolt instead.
