1) Will a 3/4 x 7 wedge anchor work in hollow block or brick?
No. Wedge anchors like the JTS607G are for solid concrete only. The expansion clip needs solid material to bear against, so in hollow CMU or brick it will spin or pull out. Use a sleeve anchor or a screen tube with adhesive in hollow masonry.
2) How many anchors come in a jar of Metallics JTS607G?
Ten anchors per jar. The JTS607G ships as a jar pack, so a single order quantity gets you 10 pieces of the 3/4 x 7 wedge anchor, not one.
3) Can a mechanically galvanized wedge anchor be used outdoors or in damp areas?
Mechanical galvanizing on the JTS607G gives a heavier zinc coating than plain electro-zinc, so it holds up better in damp interiors, loading docks, parking structures and other exposed concrete work than a plain steel anchor. For constant salt spray or submerged conditions, stainless is the usual choice instead.
4) Is anything else needed to install the Metallics JTS607G besides the anchor?

You do need a 3/4 inch carbide hammer-drill bit, a blow-out bulb or vacuum to clear the hole, and a torque wrench to set the nut, since a wedge anchor only develops its hold when the nut is tightened and the clip is drawn up into the cone.
