The Corbin Russwin 445F85 and 718F8 are thimble packs, each a two piece pack, and the 445F85 is for a knob with rose trim while the 718F8 is for a knob. A thimble pack supplies small internal components for knob trim rather than the lever and rose assembly the HSL4 provides, so the two are not interchangeable even before brand differences are considered.
3) I need to standardize lever style across a building's mortise locks. Can I order this trim pack by itself for existing doors?
