No. INSERT 8X118 is sized at 8 in wide and is meant for 8 inch Flextray basket. For other tray widths you need the insert cut to that width, not this one.

Mounting is by FTHDWE 1/4 in hardware with a top washer. That hardware is a separate item from the insert itself, so order the fasteners alongside the 8 x 118 insert if you do not already have them on the job.
