No. The ES4XS ground mount enclosure ships with no mounting provisions inside, so there is no back panel, subpanel studs, or rail kit included. You order the panel and any internal mounting hardware separately and size it to the 48 in wide by 60 in high by 20 in deep box.
2) Can this stainless B-Line enclosure be used outdoors in a washdown or coastal environment?
NEMA 4X is the rating on the ES-604820-4XS, which covers outdoor use against windblown dust, rain, hose-directed water and corrosion. The body is 304 stainless steel in 12 gauge with a closed cell neoprene gasket at the door, which is what makes the 4X seal hold up in washdown and salt-air locations.
