B-Line Eaton series strut fittings and accessories, 2.06" Height, 3.81" Length, 1.68" Width, .77lbs, Steel, Left hand four hole single corner wing fit

The B270LGRN is a left hand four hole single corner wing fitting for Eaton B-Line strut. It ties two strut members together at a corner, with four bolt holes in a wing configuration so the fitting picks up the channel on both legs of the joint. Body is steel with a DURA GREEN finish.

Yes, handing matters. The B270LGRN is the left hand version of the four hole single corner wing fitting, so the wing folds to one side only. If the corner on your run turns the other way, the fitting will not sit flat against both strut faces and you need the right hand part instead. Check the direction of the turn before ordering.

No. The B270LGRN is supplied as the fitting only, a steel four hole left hand corner wing bracket. You order the strut nuts, bolts and washers separately, sized to the channel you are attaching to.

A flat angle bracket only picks up one face of each strut member, so the joint relies on that single plane. A corner wing fitting like the B270LGRN wraps the corner with four holes across the wing, spreading the fastening over both legs of the turn. Use the wing fitting where the corner carries load or takes racking, and save the flat plate for light bracing.

DURA GREEN is Eaton B-Line's coated steel finish, applied over the steel body of the B270LGRN fitting. It gives a painted barrier rather than bare or plain steel, so it is the finish typically specified where plain electro-galvanized would not hold up. If you are mixing it into an existing run, note the green colour will not match plain galvanized or stainless fittings.
