Guide for Ordering Replacement Locks and Keys for Bobrick Washroom Equipment
The same lock is used on variations of a basic cabinet, such as cabinets with skirts, cabinets with optional features designated by suffix numbers or variations in soap valves, door, depth of waste receptacle, finish; or any other modifications which would not affect the lock. All models keyed alike with Bobrick CAT-74 Key, P/N 330-43, except for security, vendor coin boxes have Key P/N 352-112. If lock with CAT-118 Key is ordered, use P/N 352-122. A BobKey is included with soap vessels and theft-resistant spindles.

Bobrick 344-20 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Does the Bobrick B-344-20 lock come with a key, or do I order the key separately?
The 344-20 is sold as a lock and key set for Bobrick washroom equipment. The standard key supplied is the Bobrick CAT-74, part number 330-43, and Bobrick keys all locks alike to that key across its washroom accessory line. If your facility is standardized on the CAT-118 key instead, that version is ordered as part number 352-122.
2) I manage a building with dozens of Bobrick dispensers. Will one key open all of them?
Yes, that is how Bobrick sets it up. All models are keyed alike to the Bobrick CAT-74 key, P/N 330-43, so a single key services the paper, soap and waste units across the washrooms. The exception is security and vendor coin boxes, which use key P/N 352-112 and will not open on the CAT-74.
3) My Bobrick cabinet has a skirt and a different waste receptacle depth than the catalog picture. Is the 344-20 still the right lock?
Yes. Bobrick uses the same lock across variations of a basic cabinet, including units with skirts, optional features carrying suffix numbers, different soap valves or doors, different waste receptacle depths, and different finishes. None of those changes affect the lock, so the 344-20 still applies.
4) Will this Bobrick lock open a vendor coin box or a security unit?
No. Coin boxes and security units are deliberately keyed differently and take key P/N 352-112, not the CAT-74 key used on the general washroom accessories. Order that key separately if you need coin box access.
5) What exactly am I buying when I order model 344-20 from Bobrick?
A single replacement lock and key for Bobrick washroom accessories, ordered as model number 344-20. It is partition and washroom hardware, not a door lock, and it is the part you buy when a dispenser or receptacle lock is damaged, worn, or you have lost key control of the building and want to re-lock the units.
6) Do Bobrick soap dispensers and theft-resistant spindles need this lock too?
Not for access. Soap vessels and theft-resistant spindles ship with a BobKey included, so they are handled separately from the cabinet locks that use the CAT-74 key. The 344-20 is the replacement lock for the keyed washroom cabinets themselves.
