Bobrick 352-111 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Which Bobrick or Gamco coin box units does the 352-111 lock and key fit?
The Bobrick 352-111 is the replacement lock and key for the coin box on Gamco Model Nos. 282 25 and 352 25. Those two units were formerly sold as Bobrick B-282 25 and B-352 25, so if the unit on the wall carries either of the old Bobrick numbers, this is the correct lock and key for it.
2) Does the Bobrick B-352-111 come with the key, or just the lock cylinder?
Both. The 352-111 is supplied as a lock and key set, so you get the replacement lock for the coin box along with its key rather than having to source a key separately.
3) I manage several restrooms with Gamco 352 25 coin boxes. Can I order this lock so all the boxes take one key?
No. The 352-111 is a like-for-like replacement lock and key for the coin box, and there is no keying option to specify, so each lock arrives with its own key as supplied. If you need one key across a fleet of washrooms, that is a keyed-alike request the standard replacement part does not cover.
4) My key snapped off in a Bobrick washroom coin box. Do I have to replace the whole unit?
Not if the unit is a Gamco 282 25 or 352 25 (formerly Bobrick B-282 25 or B-352 25). The 352-111 replaces just the coin box lock and supplies a new key, so you swap the lock rather than the accessory or the partition-mounted housing.
5) Will the Bobrick 352-111 lock fit other Bobrick napkin vendors or waste receptacles?
Only the coin box units named for it: Gamco 282 25 and 352 25, previously Bobrick B-282 25 and B-352 25. For any other Bobrick washroom accessory, match the lock to that unit's own parts number instead of assuming the 352-111 carries over.
6) Is the 352-111 a partition hardware part or a lock for the accessory itself?
It is a lock and key for the coin box on a washroom accessory unit, classed as partition hardware for a washroom accessory application. It secures the coin box; it is not a door lock or a partition latch.
