Guide for Ordering Replacement Locks and Keys for Bobrick Washroom Equipment
The same lock is used on variations of a basic cabinet, such as cabinets with skirts, cabinets with optional features designated by suffix numbers or variations in soap valves, door, depth of waste receptacle, finish; or any other modifications which would not affect the lock. All models keyed alike with Bobrick CAT-74 Key, P/N 330-43, except for security, vendor coin boxes have Key P/N 352-112. If lock with CAT-118 Key is ordered, use P/N 352-122. A BobKey is included with soap vessels and theft-resistant spindles.

Bobrick 352-112 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Which Bobrick key opens a vendor coin box, the CAT-74 or something else?
Vendor coin boxes are the exception to Bobrick's keyed-alike scheme. For security reasons they do not take the standard CAT-74 key (P/N 330-43) that opens the rest of the washroom equipment; they take key P/N 352-112 instead. So if you are ordering a replacement for a coin-operated vendor, 352-112 is the one you want, and it will not be covered by the CAT-74 keys already on your ring.
2) Will one Bobrick 352-112 key work on all the coin boxes in my building?
Yes. Bobrick vendor coin boxes are keyed alike to P/N 352-112, so a single key opens every coin box of that type across a facility. That matters if you are servicing a portfolio of restrooms and want one key on the route rather than one per fixture. It will not open the other Bobrick cabinets, though, which use the CAT-74 key.
3) My Bobrick lock uses a CAT-118 key. Is 352-112 the right replacement?
No, that is a different part. If the lock was ordered with the CAT-118 key, the replacement key is P/N 352-122. The 352-112 is for vendor coin boxes only. The two numbers differ by a single digit, so check the cylinder stamp or the original order before you buy.
4) Do I need a different Bobrick key if my cabinet has a skirt, a different finish, or a suffix option?
No. Bobrick uses the same lock across variations of a basic cabinet, including cabinets with skirts, cabinets with suffix-numbered options, different soap valves, different doors, different waste receptacle depths, and different finishes. None of those changes the lock, so the key does not change either. The variables that do change the key are the equipment type and the lock cylinder specified: coin box vendors use 352-112, standard equipment uses the CAT-74 key.
5) I lost the key to a Bobrick soap dispenser. Is that the same key as the coin box?
Different key. Soap vessels and theft-resistant spindles ship with a BobKey, and the general run of Bobrick washroom cabinets is keyed alike to the CAT-74 key, P/N 330-43. The 352-112 is only for vendor coin boxes. Order by the equipment you are opening, not by the brand alone.
6) Is the Bobrick B-352-112 a key only, or does it come with a lock cylinder?
Key only. The B-352-112 is the replacement key for Bobrick vendor coin boxes, ordered as model 352-112. If the cylinder itself is damaged or you are rekeying away from the factory keying, you need the lock ordered separately; the key on its own will not change what the existing cylinder accepts.
