Fine thread. The JSBH401 is a 3/8-24 hex bolt, 24 threads per inch, so it mates with 3/8-24 fine nuts and tapped holes only. A 3/8-16 coarse nut will not run on it. Shank outside diameter measures 0.3690 to 0.3750 inch and the overall bolt length is 1 inch.
