Cahaba CAVT0166 25 in. x 22 in. Carrara Marble Vanity Top with Trough Basin and 4 in. Faucet Spread

Yes. The CAVT0166 measures 25 inches wide by 22 inches deep and is built for a minimum 24 inch cabinet, so you get the usual half-inch overhang on each side of a standard 24 inch base. If your cabinet is wider than 24 inches, this top will be short and you need a larger size.

It takes a 4 inch centerset faucet. The top comes pre-drilled with three holes on 4 inch centers, so a standard centerset with a deck plate or a three-hole mini-widespread on 4 inch spread will drop right in. An 8 inch widespread or a single-hole vessel faucet will not line up. The faucet itself is not included.

It does. The trough basin is vitreous china and comes pre-attached to the marble top, so it ships as one pre-assembled piece. Single bowl, rectangular trough shape, undermounted to the stone. You are not setting a sink or cutting an opening on site.

Rear drain placement, which usually lets you keep the existing P-trap and stub-out tight to the back wall rather than re-plumbing. The basin includes an overflow, with the overflow set at 4 inches, so pair it with a pop-up drain assembly that has an overflow port rather than a grid drain.

A matching 4 inch Carrara backsplash is included. Side splashes are not part of it, so if the top is going into an alcove or against a return wall, add the coordinating sidesplash, Cahaba model CAVT0228, separately.

It is a drop-in top that sits on the cabinet box, and mounting hardware is supplied. The countertop stone is 0.78 inch thick and the whole assembly weighs 59 pounds, so plan on two people to set it and make sure the cabinet is shimmed level before the top goes down. Marble does not tolerate being torqued onto an uneven frame.

The CAVT0166 is genuine Carrara marble, pre-sealed and polished from the factory. Marble is porous and acid-sensitive, so it wants periodic resealing and it will etch from cleaners with acid in them. For a unit turn or an owner-occupied bath it looks the part; for a hard-use commercial restroom a solid surface or quartz top is the lower-maintenance call.

8-1/4 inches overall. That figure takes in the 0.78 inch stone deck, the basin hanging below, and the 4 inch backsplash standing above. Worth checking against a mirror or medicine cabinet already set on the wall, since the backsplash eats 4 inches of that gap.
