Calibre Door Closers CA1100 Series Pivot Sets

All three are adjustable bottom pivot sets for the Calibre CA1100 Series, and the difference is how the bottom pivot anchors. The CA3010-DP is the dual purpose set and is the standard one supplied. The CA3010-G is the floor mount version, which anchors into the floor itself. The CA3010-GE mounts to the threshold instead, which is what you want when you cannot or do not want to drill the finished floor. Pick by what the bottom of the opening gives you to fasten to.

Go with the CA3010-GE, the adjustable threshold mount bottom pivot set. It picks up the threshold rather than the floor, so the anchoring stays out of the finished slab. The CA3010-G is the one that mounts to the floor, so it is the wrong choice on a surface you cannot penetrate.

All three CA3010 bottom pivot sets are adjustable, so the door position can be trimmed once it is hung rather than relying on the prep being perfect. That applies to the dual purpose, floor mount and threshold mount versions alike.

These are bottom pivot sets. Each of the three CA3010 versions handles the bottom of the door only, so the top of the opening is carried by the CA1100 closer and its arm assembly. If you are ordering hardware for a full opening, the bottom pivot is one piece of it, not the whole hanging package.

The CA3010 bottom pivot sets are the ones specified for the Calibre CA1100 Series. Match the pivot set to that series rather than trying to carry it onto another closer family, since the pivot has to correspond to the closer's own centerline and prep.
