1) Will the Columbia CBT-LSCS troffer work on a 347V circuit?
Only if you order the Gen B version. The CBT-LSCS comes in two builds: a 120-277V (Gen A) and a 120-347V (Gen B). Both cover the standard 120/277 commercial range, so the choice only matters when you have 347V service, which is common in Canadian buildings. Order Gen B for those, Gen A for everything else.
2) Do I have to pick a lumen output and color temperature when I order the CBT LED panel?
No, and that's the point of the LSCS build. Lumen output and CCT are both set in the field with internal switches, so one part number covers the range. Color temperature switches between 3500K, 4000K and 5000K, and total output lands somewhere in the 3300 to 5500 lumen band depending on the switch position and which build you have. You set it at install, not on the order form, which is why a single stocked fixture can serve an office at one setting and a corridor at another.
3) Can I standardize one troffer across a whole building instead of stocking several SKUs?
That's what the switchable build is for. Because output and CCT are set at the fixture, the same CBT-LSCS can be run at a lower setting in private offices and a higher one in open areas or corridors, and the color can be matched to whatever the rest of the facility is already running at 3500K, 4000K or 5000K. For a property manager or MRO stockroom that means one shelf item covers most 2x2 recessed grid replacements, with the only real branch being the voltage build.
4) What ceiling does the Columbia CBT-LSCS drop into?
Recessed grid. It's a lay-in troffer for a suspended acoustical grid ceiling, not a surface, pendant or hard-lid fixture. If the ceiling is drywall or there's no grid to lay into, this isn't the fixture for that opening.
5) Is the CBT-LSCS troffer dimmable, and will it work with my building automation system?
