1) Is the cover and gasket included with the Thomas & Betts AT-2 conduit body, or do I order them separately?
The AT-2 body is sold on its own, by the each. You add the cover and gasket as separate catalog numbers: CV-2 for the die cast cover or SCV-2 for the stamped aluminum cover, and GKV-2 composition or GKN-2 neoprene for the gasket. If you want all three in one line item, order the D-Pak, catalog number DAT-2-CG, which packages the body with cover and gasket together.
2) Will the AT-2 hold up outdoors or in a wet location?
Threaded aluminum body, and with a cover and gasket fitted it maintains a weather resistant conduit system. The gasket is the part that does the sealing, so don't leave it off on an exterior run: pair the body with CV-2 or SCV-2 and a GKV-2 or GKN-2 gasket. Neoprene (GKN-2) is the usual pick where the joint sees standing water or temperature swings.
3) Is the Thomas & Betts AT-2 conduit body UL listed?
Yes, the AT-2 carries a UL certification, and it is RoHS compliant. That covers the spec requirement on most commercial and institutional jobs calling for listed conduit bodies.
4) Can I buy a single AT-2, or is there a minimum quantity?
