The Corbin Russwin FE5400S-DUMMY Dummy Function Multi-Point Exit Device Latching System with Trim is an extra-heavy-duty commercial exit device engineered to secure community shelter entries against extreme weather events. Featuring a three-point (top, center, and bottom) deadlocking system that automatically engages when the door is closed, this device is built with extra-heavy-duty steel components and high-tensile-alloy fasteners to fortify openings against winds up to 250 mph and 15 lb. projectile impacts at 100 mph. Compatible with doors 36" to 48" wide and 84" in height with a standard door thickness of 1-3/4" and a 4-1/2" stile width, the FE5400S-DUMMY carries UL 10C positive pressure fire rating, ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 (2025) certification, and is UL Classified in accordance with FEMA P-320 (2014), FEMA P-361 (2015), and ICC 500 (2014).
