1) What wire size does the Blackburn LCN6-12 compression lug take?
The LCN6-12 is a 6 AWG copper compression lug. The blue color code is the die/wire-size marking for 6 AWG on Blackburn copper compression terminals, so you crimp it onto 6 AWG copper conductor only. Aluminum conductor needs a dual-rated or aluminum-bodied lug instead.
2) Is the LCN6-12 a one-hole or two-hole lug?
Two-hole. That is what the 2HL designation means, and it matters on the job: a two-hole tongue resists rotation under fault current and vibration, which is why many switchgear and substation specs call for it on grounding and feeder terminations. If the spec sheet only calls for a single crimp on a 600 V branch circuit, a standard barrel lug does the job in less space.
5) Does the LCN6-12 come as a single lug or in a bag?
Sold each. Order one per conductor termination, and remember a two-hole tongue needs two bolts, two nuts and washers per lug, which are not part of the lug.
