1) What size bathroom will the Delta Breez Integrity ITG80LED cover?
The ITG80LED moves 80 CFM at single speed, which covers a bathroom up to 80 square feet. Past that, you either step up in CFM or run a second fan. It is quiet at 1.3 sones at 0.1 inch static pressure, so it is usable in a hotel or multi-family bath where noise complaints matter.
2) Will the ITG80LED fit in the ceiling joist bay where my old fan was?
The housing is 7-1/4 x 7-1/2 x 5-3/4 inches, so it drops between joists on standard 16 inch centers. The 5-3/4 inch height is the number to check first: you need that much clear depth above the ceiling, which rules it out under a shallow soffit or a 2x6 floor system without framing work.
3) Is a dimmer switch included with the Delta Breez ITG80LED?
No. The 13 watt LED is dimmable, but the dimmer switch is not in the box, so add one to the order if you want dimming. The fan is single speed, so the dimmer controls only the light, not the motor. Wire the fan and light as separate switched legs if the customer wants light without air.
4) Do I need a separate light fixture in the bathroom if I use the ITG80LED?
